ZamaShenge Consulting was formed in February 2020 by Nomvula Buthelezi, an Independent Human Resources Practitioner.
The firm is designed to help build the connection between people and the businesses in which they are employed in. Our focus is in building Human Resources Capabilities for entrepreneurs, startups and the SMME sector.
Our philosophy is embedded in collaboration. The philosophy that “each one teach one” is at the centre of everything we do and is manifested in all our interactions with clients and associates.

Founder
Nomvula Buthelezi is seasoned in the delivery of the Human Resources Practices. Her experience was formed in the private sector over a 15-year tenure before evolving into private practice.
She co-creates strategic, operational and tactical delivery of people and business solutions with her clients.
